My First Week in Australia
My first day went great. We got off the plane. The trip from when we started to getting off the plane was about 30 hours with 15 on the Quanta’s. 6 of it we spent in the airport doing homework. The plane trip felt like it would never end. The next day not so good. I was jumping on the trampoline then my little brother wanted to come inside and the door knob is really high in the house we were staying at so I climbed off but hit my head on the clothes line, mom said I needed stiches but the lady at the hospital said I only need it to be glued. We went to the doctors to have it glued.
We went to a house and it had six bedrooms and could sleep fourteen with a lake view. It had a pool in the backyard a gate that lead to the footy path and a park.
Melbourne is a big city there is a lot of big sky scrappers and one even has a level that slides out and the floor is glass so you can see through it and down on all the things below. Yesterday we went to the beach the water felt like a heated pool I found some shells that you can’t find in Oregon. One had a little sea snail in it. There was a lot of star fish and they all had 8 legs instead of five like normal. We went to a amusement park called Luna park and went on a old trolley but in Australian they call it tram because a trolley is a shopping cart.
