Day 4 – State Championship Swim Meet

We spent the morning working on catching up homework and laundry.  Only after we had a lesson on how to properly hang our wash as in Australia dryers are not the norm.

Thankfully we had a beautiful sunny day to dry our clothes.

We were all a little hungry after the time change and breakfasts is still a little challenging so we made burgers and the left over spaghetti for brunch.

Then we were off to the swim meet.  The facility was beautiful!!

It was so great to watch my Nephew swim in the State Championship meet!!  So much better than on video!  Go GO!  He swam great and got personal bests!!

The kids were a bit antsy between his races so we went for a walk in the park outside.

The beautiful Melbourne skyline…still hard to believe we are here and a week is nearly gone.
